The Best Cupcake I Ever Ate...

I love watching "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" on Food Network.  it always makes me hungry and longing for yummy things.  I am crazy stressed right now, and nostalgically looking back at the best cupcake I ever had.  It was a Saturday in November, unseasonably warm, and I got my NYC BFF to hike us all the way to the Lower East Side to visit sugar Sweet sunshine.  The storefront is modest, but when I bit that Strawberry Cream Cheese cupcake, y heart went somewhere over the rainbow. It was delicious!  Cupcakeries like this one are what keep me on the never-ending quest to seek out and consume the best cupcakes on the planet!
